CANCELLATIONS

If you decide to not continue with your Es Privata garment purchase, please do not finalize check out.  Otherwise, please send us an email at Info@EsPrivata.com within 24 hours of your purchase to request an order cancellation.

REPAIRS

If you feel your Es Privata garment needs repair, please request a repair by emailing us at Info@EsPrivata.com.  We require you send us a clean garment at your one shipping expense along with an explanation of repair needed and must occur within 60 days of your delivery.  There will be a $10.00 fee for our sew facility to process your repair.  

Es Privata is not responsible for failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power of confiscation, acts of terror, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of power sources.
