Refund policy
We put all garments through a high quality control process and we are sorry if our garment didn't work for you. If you feel that you have received a damaged or poor quality item, we will accept it for exchange only as long as the original hygiene strip has remained in place on the garment and that it has not been worn or washed. Please understand that due to the personal nature of the Es Privata panty, this policy allows us to maintain suitable hygiene standards for our garments and our customers. All garments are FINAL SALE.
If you have received a damaged or poor quality garment, we ask that you request an exchange within 3 days after order delivery by contacting us at Info@EsPrivata.com. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to exchange items.
All Es Privata items are insured against theft or accidental damage during transit from Es Privata to you. Once they have been delivered, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your package appears damaged upon delivery, we ask that you refuse it, if possible or notify us within 3 days of order delivery at Info@EsPrivata.com. We are very sorry but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items damaged by a customer.
